Applied is where insurance technology gets reinvented, and we build it fast. Our cloud software and AI-powered solutions reach thousands of agencies and brokers worldwide, setting the pace for what modern insurance can do.
We’re looking for an Associate Client Implementation Manager to join our Client Implementation – Professional Services Europe team and help new and existing insurance brokers get the most out of Applied’s software and solutions.
Our Professional Services organisation is responsible for the overall definition and delivery of professional services — implementation, consulting, and training — to Applied’s European market, supporting software sales and the ongoing optimisation of our industry-leading broker management system and extended solutions. You’ll work with a diverse mix of insurance brokers, getting hands-on with configuring our core application to meet their business process needs.
What You’ll Do

- Engage with new clients, facilitating workshops to gather software configuration and business process requirements
- Deliver and/or manage education for Applied clients on our Broker Management Systems and extended solutions
- Perform reviews with existing clients to ensure optimisation of their processes, applying new software enhancements where relevant
- Articulate the reasons for change using strong business analysis skills
- Develop and maintain a functional understanding of the entire Applied product portfolio and how our solutions solve clients’ business processes
- Configure the core application to meet client needs, drawing on a good understanding of general accounting principles
- Contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of Client Implementation methodologies, while staying abreast of insurance industry and regulatory changes
- Travel up to 25% (by car, plane, bus, or train) to support client engagements across our European market, as needed

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
