Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a customer facing individual with the ability to manage multiple client projects across a variety of products in the Data portfolio, UCaaS portfolio and telecoms sector.
You will be someone who thrives in complex situations and possess an ability to manage uncertainty and will engage and facilitate both internal teams and suppliers to ensure a clear path to success and supportability is always achieved.
The Customer Project Manager is always expected to embrace and promote department and company strategy and values, leading junior staff by example. You will also own your learning and development.
Please note: this role is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave.

The Project Manager will be responsible for scoping, planning, resourcing, and initiating the project. They will be responsible for the successful end to end delivery including risk & jeopardy management to achieve completion within deadlines and to budget and quality standards.
Including but not limited to:
- Creating, maintaining, and communicating all project documentation during the project lifecycle
- Develop and agree Customer Communication Plans
- Appropriately handover the delivered solution to the Gamma Operational Teams upon project completion
- Managing customer project billing and ensuring revenue is recognised in line with forecasted commitments
What you’ll bring
You don’t need experience in everything listed—but we’re especially keen to hear from people with some of the following skills:
- Background in telecoms or data industry
- Project delivery or implementation experience
- Experience in developing and managing a broad suite of project documents in a project environment
- Confident in hosting customer meetings and presentations with senior representatives of high-profile companies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to manage a virtual project team and associated resources
- Supplier management experience is desirable
- Prince 2 certified

A few things to note
We require all candidates to be eligible to work in the UK and pass a basic DBS check.
This role is hybrid 3-days onsite from our London office and is a 9-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
