The Role
The role is in the Financial Institutions Business Unit and involves ownership of client change management relationships across all stages of the product/offer lifecycle. Supported by our expert Sales, Technical and Service Management teams you will be helping our clients to deliver change and innovation from initial pre-sales & consultancy, to requirement gathering and solution design, to the definition of specifications, and as a project manager planning and driving each new assignment through to successful delivery into a busy BAU operational environment.

The role is customer and product focused. The majority of time will be dedicated to managing change projects, liaising directly and building strong relationships with our key customers. These include major UK banks and financial services organisations as well as Fintechs and challenger banks.
Key Missions

Account Management:
- Own, maintain & develop relationships with key IDEMIA accounts, acting as the first point of contact for their change pipeline - from minor updates to larger projects.

Change Management:
- For client projects, be a single point of contact for the client, responsible for planning each delivery and managing tasks, people and resources from the initial request right through to the handover into our operational BAU teams.
- Be a focal point for driving change requests, responsible for managing customer requirements and aligning with internal processes and industry standards.
- Coordinate activity across internal teams and processes as well as customer and third-party organisations (for example Visa & Mastercard).
- Implement effective project controls, provide regular project reports, manage test plans, deliver the project to completion and close effectively.

- Solution Definition, Development and Testing:
- Gather and document customer requirements and be able to identify the relevant IDEMIA products and solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer requirements are correctly developed & tested to ensure a ‘right first time’ delivery.

Educational & Professional Background
- Experience in a similar role - required.
- Project management experience - required.
- Technical and/or payment systems knowledge - beneficial.
- Smartcard, EMV or PKI knowledge - beneficial.
