Join our project delivery team as an Associate, Project Execution

Where you'll manage customer projects from concept to completion. This role offers hands-on experience coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring quality delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

What will you do?

  • Manage end-to-end execution of customer projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional and global teams on technology and integration projects
  • Identify and manage project risks while uncovering opportunities to enhance delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with quality processes, safety regulations, and reporting requirements throughout project lifecycles

  • Project Management — developing level; coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables across customer projects
  • Communication — developing level; facilitating clear updates between teams, stakeholders, and customers
  • Customer Orientation — developing level; building relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout delivery
  • Operational Efficiency — developing level; identifying process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining quality
  • Prioritization — developing level; managing multiple project demands and adjusting focus as needs shift
  • Digital Literacy — developing level; using project management tools and systems to track progress and report status
  • Analytical Thinking — developing level; assessing project data to inform decisions and solve delivery challenges
  • Budgeting — foundational level; tracking project expenses and supporting financial management activities

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Working knowledge of electrical fundamentals including function of circuit breakers, fuses, voltage, current basic troubleshooting, and the ability to read and understand electrical one-line (single line) drawings
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to overcoming project challenges
  • Collaborative spirit and comfort working with diverse teams across locations
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality and compliance standards
  • Flexibility and eagerness to grow in a dynamic project delivery environment

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
