Great opportunity for an experienced Customer Propositions Lead with strong strategic experience and commercial acumen
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a role with genuine ownership and influence, giving you the opportunity to shape strategic decisions and help determine how key areas of the portfolio develop. Sitting at the intersection of customer insight, product and marketing, you’ll take ideas from insight through to market, understanding customer needs and behaviours, identifying opportunities, and developing positioning and messaging.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing customer propositions informed by insight and behavioural understanding
- Translating complex products, services and information into compelling narratives
- Working closely with senior stakeholders and product, marketing and specialist teams to translate strategy into activity

What We're Looking For
As the successful candidate, you have an excellent track record of proposition development and/or product marketing. More important than the sector you come from, is your commercial mindset and your ability to think strategically. You have extensive experience of translating customer and market evidence to inform decisions and develop compelling propositions. Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams and areas of expertise.
