IKEA Greenwich are looking to welcome a Customer Relations Administrator, in IKEA we call this a Customer Relations Specialist.
Become a Customer Relations Administrator at IKEA and play a key role in delivering great customer experiences. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll solve problems, coordinate solutions, and build good relationships with customers and colleagues alike. WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be 2nd November 2026
- Starting salary of £24,854 per annum, based on competence, experience and a 32 hour per week contract.
- 32 Hours working 5 days per week including 3 out of 4 weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
- You like to take charge of situations, manage multiple commitments efficiently, and value teamwork, while also being able to follow through on assignments without ongoing oversight.
- You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
- Be proficient with IT, the Microsoft Office suite, using the internet and relevant programmes to support the customer experience.
- Technical proficiency, with the willingness to learn and adopt new IT systems.
- The confidence to maintain composure and professionalism when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.
- You will engage in ongoing educational growth, being equipped to manage varied requests while making quick yet equitable decisions and conveying messages clearly in accordance with IKEA Values.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Secure all back office operational processes and routines are carried out as required and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate an appropriate & swift response to service failures by acting as the liaison between the customer, store and customer support centre.
- Provide data & follow-up on the root cause of persistent issues, sharing with all service partners and stake holders. Contribute to the creation of effective & efficient working methods & routines.
- Ensure a customer-friendly, efficient & cost-effective handling of the after-sales processes and routines.
- You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.
