One of our clients in Weston-Super-Mare are looking for Multiple Customer Relations Executives to join their expanding team.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Customer Relations Executive to join our multi-skilled Relations team at our centrally located head office in Weston-super-Mare.

The purpose of this role will be to make contact with our existing customers (we call them members) to identify opportunities. Your goal will be to help our company grow by increasing our levels of service and support.

You will be calling businesses who are already familiar with our services, providing them with excellent customer service and highlighting the additional benefits available to them.

As you develop in the role, you’ll get to know your way around our systems and processes, but we don’t expect you to have all the answers straightaway; you’ll have a friendly team around you who will provide you with all the training you need to hit the ground running.

We’re looking for someone with ambition and enthusiasm who can get going quickly; you’ll need to be interested in learning new skills and comfortable speaking to people over the phone.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
