About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Relations Executive to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our racedays and events, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. You will take ownership of our Annual Badge Holders, Owners & Trainers experience, manage our ticketing platform, and play a key role in enhancing the on-course experience for racegoers and industry stakeholders. Working closely with the local team, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our customers from start to finish.
The Customer Relations Executive will
- Take ownership of the Annual Badge Holder programme, building strong relationships with members and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry to raceday.
- Lead the Owners & Trainers experience, ensuring Wincanton Racecourse consistently achieves ROA Gold Standard and delivers first-class hospitality and service.
- Manage and optimise ticketing and raceday experiences, ensuring all products, packages and fixtures are accurately promoted and maintained.
- Be a visible presence on racedays, acting as a key point of contact for customers, owners, trainers and industry stakeholders.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues effectively and helping drive outstanding customer satisfaction scores.
- Support the planning and delivery of both racing and non-racing events, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Play a key role in enhancing the customer journey by analysing feedback, supporting Visit England initiatives and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support across the racecourse, including community and charity initiatives, sponsorship activity, event preparation, and collaboration with marketing and operational teams.
