Lumen Partners is growing and we're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our Liverpool team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, or other customer-facing backgrounds who want to develop their skills in customer relations, business development, leadership, and management.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and a structured pathway into leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through face-to-face customer interactions
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Assist with onboarding, coaching, and team development
- Take part in leadership and management training
- Collaborate with senior team members to support business growth
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles is beneficial
- Confident working with people in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Interested in long-term career progression
