Role Description
The Customer Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts, and ensuring timely, effective communication between clients and internal technical teams.

The role involves preparing client updates and reports, organizing review meetings, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement in customer experience. The Customer Relations Manager will also collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify opportunities for expanded services and to strengthen long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including stakeholder engagement, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills and confidence presenting to clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including managing multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and tracking deliverables.
- Basic understanding of modern technology domains (e.g., cloud, mobile, data, cybersecurity) to support effective client conversations.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services within a technology or consulting environment is beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes and client satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
