Role Description
The Customer Relationship Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Wigan, focused on nurturing and managing relationships with existing and new client accounts. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact, handling client queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the post-purchase journey.

Day-to-day tasks include:


Get help with your application

- Monitoring service performance
- Responding to issues and escalations
- Coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams
- Proactively communicating updates to clients
The executive will gather customer feedback, identify opportunities to improve service delivery, and support account growth through strong relationship management. You will also be preparing and conducting data-led customer reviews on a monthly basis. This position requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports on client activity, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on creating positive, consistent client experiences.
- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations, including managing multiple stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Ability to build trust and rapport, handle customer concerns calmly, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, fulfillment, or a related customer-facing environment is beneficial.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Comfort using CRM or customer management systems and standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Relevant education or training in business, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
