About the Role

The Customer Relationship Coordinator is a key support role within the Customer Relationship team, combining commercial account support with operational excellence to help drive customer retention and growth. Working closely with Customer Relationship Managers, the role supports customer engagement, manages a small but emerging portfolio of accounts across Scotland and Northern Ireland, coordinates proactive customer outreach campaigns and takes ownership of key administrative and process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts (remotely) from a commercial perspective across the emerging markets of Scotland and Northern Ireland.
  • Supporting customer retention, contract renewals and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relationship Management team to deliver proactive customer outreach campaigns.
  • Support Customer Relationship Managers by progressing commercial opportunities.
  • Coordinating follow-up activities to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.
  • Take ownership of key administrative processes within the Customer Relationship team.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Success Teams, ensuring customers are equipped to maximise the value of their products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Support team to maintain effective operational processes.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and ensure all customer interactions, account updates and commercial activities are recorded within the CRM system.
  • Liaise with NHS stakeholders, including the NHS Procurement Hub and other relevant procurement and commissioning organisations.
  • Travel to exhibitions as part of the career development.

Skills Required:

  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Previous Health tech or Telecoms experience desired but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills – you’ll be managing multiple customers, tasks and priorities, so being organised and able to stay on top of deadlines is essential.
  • You have experience working with CRM and business systems, ideally including platforms such as HubSpot and Confluence.
  • Team-focused mindset – you’ll work closely with CRMs, Sales Support, Customer Success and other internal teams, so collaboration is key.
  • Great communication skills – you’ll be confident communicating with customers and colleagues over the phone, email and in meetings.
  • Ambition to develop – most importantly, you’ll want to learn, take on more responsibility and progress towards a Customer Relationship Manager role.
