Goldsend CRM Account Manager
Goldsend supports primarily eCommerce brands across platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, and Customer.io. We are looking for an experienced client-facing CRM professional who can take ownership of client relationships, manage day-to-day requests, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
This is not a hands-on CRM execution role. Clara, the person who will be managing you, focuses on strategy. Campaign build, email creation, and technical execution are handled by the agency's delivery team. The successful candidate will focus on account management, client strategy, stakeholder management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of eCommerce clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
- Manage client expectations and provide strategic CRM recommendations.
- Handle day-to-day and ad hoc client requests.
- Work with internal delivery teams to ensure client requirements are actioned effectively.
- Support business development activities, including client meetings, pitching, and answering prospect questions.
- Advise clients on CRM and retention strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Interpret business challenges and recommend CRM initiatives accordingly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
