Vacancy Title: CRM Administrator Lead
Vacancy Location: UK Remote
Engagement Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a CRM Administrator Lead to join a client commercial team based in UK with a remote or hybrid working pattern but must be flexible to travel for meetings.
As the business owner for CRM data domains, it ensures data integrity, consistency, and accessibility across customer and sales systems. The role defines and embeds robust data governance, stewardship, and quality controls, driving disciplined data management practices that support digital transformation and a strong culture of customer data accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Salesforce platform administration, including user access, KPI reporting, and data management.
- Partner with Technology & Transformation and Salesforce development teams to support and evolve the CRM platform.
- Define, implement, and govern customer master data and CRM data governance frameworks aligned to business strategy and best practice.
- Lead the design, integrity, and alignment of CRM and ERP master data across systems and business units.
- Monitor, audit, and improve data quality through regular reviews, deduplication, lifecycle management, and compliance controls.
- Act as the escalation point for data governance issues, identifying root causes and driving corrective actions.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by ensuring timely access to accurate sales, pipeline, and customer insights.
- Manage and develop the CRM Administration team, providing leadership, direction, and capability building.
- Deliver training and data literacy initiatives to strengthen data stewardship across the organisation.
- Document administrative processes and promote consistent, compliant system usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data architecture and integrations support scalability and analytical maturity.
- Foster an inclusive, values-led, and safety-first working environment, contributing positively to team culture and continuous professional development.

About You:
Essential criteria:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Salesforce Administration, data governance or CRM/ERP data leadership roles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Desirable:
- Previous line management experience
- Marine industry experience
