We're supporting a major UK organisation in the search for a CRM Assistant to join their Customer Engagement team on a contract basis until December 2026 with a possibility of extension.
This is a hands-on CRM role supporting the delivery of targeted customer communications across email and loyalty channels. You'll work closely with marketing, commercial and operational teams to build, test and execute campaigns that improve customer engagement and support business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of CRM and email marketing campaigns
- Build and test email communications and campaign assets
- Coordinate campaign requirements with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Manage campaign schedules and approvals
- Produce performance reports and campaign analysis
- Support customer segmentation and audience targeting activities
- Ensure CRM activity complies with GDPR and data governance requirements

We're looking for
- Experience delivering CRM or email marketing campaigns
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM platform
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Campaign reporting and analytical experience
- Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Experience within retail, hospitality, travel, leisure or other customer-focused environments would be advantageous
- HTML and email template experience would be beneficial
