Synapri CRM Consultant Opportunity
Synapri are working with a leading consultancy specialising in technology, data and business transformations. Their consultants work with a variety of clients to deliver CRM and business transformation programmes that improve efficiency, strengthen data quality and enable better decision-making.
Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire a new CRM focused Consultant to join their Professional Services team to lead on implementation projects while working with senior stakeholders and help clients adopt technology that delivers continued business value and growth!
💰 Salary: Up to £75,000 plus benefits
📌 Location: Hybrid in Central London
Scope of the Role:
- Lead CRM projects and workstreams from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
- Implement and optimise platforms such as Salesforce or similar enterprise systems
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions
- Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes, data and systems
- Facilitate workshops and support configuration, data migration, UAT, training and production releases
- Manage client relationships, project timelines, risks and deliverables

Ideal Skills:
- Experience leading E2E CRM implementations such as Salesforce, D365 or other enterprise CRM systems
- Strong business analysis, problem-solving and requirements-gathering skills
- Experience with CRM configuration, data migration, UAT and deployment
- Previous experience working in PE, Private Credit, Real Estate, Asset Management, Wealth Management or PE focused Tech organisations
- The ability to independently manage projects or workstreams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior business leaders
