Role Description
This full-time hybrid role, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, offers a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The Customer Relationship Management Consultant will design, optimize, and manage CRM processes that support email marketing performance and client success. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Analyzing customer data
- Translating business requirements into effective CRM workflows
- Configuring and maintaining CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Advising clients on best practices to improve engagement and retention

The role also involves:
- Partnering with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead management
- Developing documentation and training materials for CRM users
- Providing ongoing consulting support to ensure that clients maximize value from Mail Ward’s services
The consultant will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to refine processes and strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Experience in business process analysis and design, with the ability to translate requirements into efficient CRM workflows.
- Sales and consulting skills to work effectively with clients, understand their goals, and guide them toward impactful CRM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com administration, including configuration, user management, and basic automation.
- Previous experience in CRM consulting, customer success, or related client-facing roles.
- Solid understanding of email marketing concepts, deliverability considerations, and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo or similar platforms) is an advantage.
