The opportunity

We’re recruiting a CRM Executive for a fast-growing digital consumer business based in Norfolk.

Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll help deliver customer communications across email, SMS and app push. You’ll build, schedule, test and report on campaigns and automated journeys designed to improve engagement, retention and customer value.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM professional who wants to develop their skills across lifecycle marketing, segmentation, automation and personalisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build, quality-check and deploy campaigns across email, SMS and app push.
  • Manage campaign schedules and help maintain the CRM communications calendar.
  • Support automated journeys covering onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.
  • Build campaign audiences using behavioural and transactional customer data.
  • Maintain targeting, audience and suppression rules.
  • Implement personalised content and dynamic messaging.
  • Deliver A/B tests and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Report on engagement, revenue and retention metrics.
  • Support the day-to-day management of CRM systems, workflows and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Data, Commercial and creative teams.

What you’ll bring

  • Three to four years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns through a CRM platform.
  • A good understanding of email, SMS and customer communications.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, audience targeting and automated journeys.
  • Confidence reporting on campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong approach to quality assurance.
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Good written communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercial interest in customer behaviour, engagement and retention.

Experience with Klaviyo or a comparable CRM platform would be particularly useful. Knowledge of ecommerce, subscription or digital consumer businesses, personalisation, A/B testing or basic HTML email editing would also be beneficial.
