About the Company

Omre is building one of the defining longevity brands of our generation — science‑backed supplements designed to improve healthspan, not just lifespan. With strong product‑market fit, a premium brand and a highly engaged customer base, retention is one of the engines of our growth. CRM sits right at the centre.

About the Role

We’re hiring a CRM Executive to help build lifecycle programmes customers actually read — not a discount calendar, but a retention engine that educates, compounds value and drives repeat purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Build, schedule and QA email + SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Develop persona‑ and behaviour‑led segmentation
  • Maintain and optimise lifecycle flows: welcome, post‑purchase, cross‑sell, win‑back, subscription
  • Track and interpret CRM performance: CVR, AOV, repeat rate, LTV, revenue
  • Brief creative teams with messaging anchored in customer pain points and education
  • Work cross‑functionally to align inbox, funnel and on‑site experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
