CRM Executive | iGaming & Casino | London

We're looking for a CRM Executive to join a fast-growing, internationally recognised online gaming business. This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM professional with a passion for customer engagement, retention marketing, data-driven decision making, and the online casino industry.

As a key member of the CRM team, you'll play an important role in delivering engaging customer experiences, driving retention strategies, and optimising the customer lifecycle across the UK market.

What You'll Be Doing

  • βœ… Executing and optimising CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Landing Pages
  • βœ… Developing customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and retention
  • βœ… Analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance, and key KPIs using tools such as Tableau and Excel
  • βœ… Managing promotional calendars and coordinating with stakeholders across Marketing, Compliance, Analytics, and Product teams
  • βœ… Supporting customer lifecycle initiatives from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisation
  • βœ… Troubleshooting automated journeys and CRM workflows
  • βœ… Working closely with creative teams to deliver impactful customer communications
  • βœ… Collaborating with external casino providers on new game launches and promotional opportunities

What We're Looking For

  • βœ” Experience in CRM, Customer Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Customer Engagement roles
  • βœ” Previous experience within iGaming and/or Sports Betting is preferable not essential
  • βœ” Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights
  • βœ” Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities
  • βœ” High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • βœ” Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools
