CRM Executive

London - hybrid, 3 days per week

Up to £35,000


This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM Executive to join a well-established omnichannel retailer investing heavily in digital growth and customer engagement. Working within a growing CRM team, you will play a key role in delivering email marketing campaigns, driving customer retention, and helping shape CRM strategy through data-led insights and testing initiatives.

The Role

As a CRM Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Briefing, building, deploying, and reporting on email campaigns
  • Supporting the development of the CRM and email marketing plan
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with trading and marketing activity
  • Delivering test-and-learn initiatives to improve engagement and revenue
  • Building target audiences and identifying segmentation opportunities
  • Ensuring email best practice across templates, devices, and customer journeys
  • Evaluating campaign performance and using insight to optimise future activity
  • Producing weekly and monthly CRM reports
  • Supporting CRM development projects and automation initiatives
  • Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new opportunities to enhance performance

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience delivering email marketing campaigns within a retail or consumer-focused environment
  • Experience building emails and customer journeys within an ESP
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of both brand and performance marketing
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience with Ometria would be advantageous
