Role Summary
Fulham Pier is building a new kind of riverside destination in London, bringing together food and drink, culture, entertainment, wellness, events, hospitality, and community.
As our audiences grow, we want to build stronger, more valuable relationships with the people who visit us. The CRM Manager will play a central role in making that happen.
We have several distinct businesses under one roof that require strategic focus and actionable plans. Opportunity exists with each of these whilst also driving synchronicity between them:

- Fulham Pier Hotel – Our boutique 13 key hotel
- Sæl Spa – Our members spa and wellness center
- Lighthouse Social – Our neighbourhood members club
- Orange Box – Our live entertainment and event venue
This is a commercial marketing role responsible for turning customer data and insight into targeted, timely, and measurable activity that drives visitation, revenue, dwell time, retention, and customer lifetime value.
You will own the customer lifecycle - from first interaction and visit through to repeat engagement, loyalty, and win-back - using CRM to make the experience more relevant and personalized at every stage.
Working across Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Digital, Data, and Technology, you will make the most of the data and tools we have today while helping shape the capabilities we need for the future.

- Work in partnership with business units to standardize processes, ensuring best practice.
- Build automated and behavior-triggered journeys for Fulham Pier that turn first-time visitors into repeat customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve the experience, reduce friction, and encourage the next visit or purchase.
- Support relevant upsell and cross-sell across Fulham Pier's different experiences and propositions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
