This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM professional who enjoys combining customer insight, campaign delivery, and data-driven decision-making. You will have the chance to shape customer engagement strategies, optimise lifecycle communications, and make a measurable impact on retention and revenue performance.

The Role

  • Develop customer segmentation strategies using behavioural and engagement data.
  • Plan, build, test, and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Deliver targeted promotional activity tailored to customer preferences and behaviour.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage marketing promotions from setup through to launch and performance analysis.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise communications and customer journeys.
  • Contribute to the development of automated lifecycle and trigger-based marketing programmes.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders on campaign plans and results.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience within CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
  • Experience within the gambling or gaming sector.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and translate findings into business actions.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Interest in sports and an understanding of customer engagement within consumer-focused environments.
  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or other high-volume customer businesses would be advantageous.
