Chelmsford | Circa £50,000 + OTE
If you’re an experienced care home CRM with a strong track record in private pay sales, this is an opportunity to join a luxury care provider where you will be genuinely valued and rewarded.
Based within an impressive luxury home in Chelmsford, you will develop your local market, build relationships and take ownership of your pipeline, while being supported by an established senior leadership team.
With a competitive basic salary of circa £50,000 plus OTE, there is real earning potential for someone who can deliver results.
We’re looking for an established CRM who enjoys the full sales process, getting out into the community, developing professional referral relationships, generating new enquiries and then supporting families from their first conversation through to move-in.
