Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Specialist role based in East Kilbride. The specialist will manage and optimise CRM tools and processes to support sales, account management, and customer success activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves collaborating closely with sales, support, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication, consistent customer experience, and timely resolution of issues. The specialist will also help identify opportunities to improve CRM workflows, drive adoption of best practices across the business, and contribute to ongoing process and system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer relationship management (CRM) skills, including hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customer lifecycle management.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with customers in a clear, professional manner.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret CRM data, create reports, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management skills to coordinate CRM-related initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Experience in a technology, IT services, or B2B environment is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with common business software (e.g., Microsoft 365) and familiarity with cloud-based tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Relevant education or training in business, IT, or a related field is advantageous.
