CRM Migration Consultant (Bloomreach to Klaviyo)
London - £400 a day
Mostly remote
This is an opportunity to join a high-impact CRM transformation project for a well-known retail-focused client. Working through a specialist agency, you will play a key role in migrating CRM capabilities from Bloomreach to Klaviyo, helping to shape the future CRM strategy rather than simply executing a lift-and-shift migration.
The Company
They are a digital agency delivering CRM and customer engagement projects for leading consumer-focused brands. They are supporting a retail client through a significant CRM platform migration and are looking for a contractor who can provide both hands-on delivery and strategic guidance. This is a project-focused engagement where your expertise will directly influence the success of the migration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
