CRM Specialist / Senior Sales Consultant

Luxury Designer Ladieswear

Knightsbridge

£35K-£39K + COMM + BONUS

New exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Luxury Ladieswear CRM Specialist / Senior Sales Consultant based in an exquisite concession boutique on the ‘Super Brands’ floor within Harrods

Our client, a global luxury designer brand that has an amazing heritage and reputation. They are revered globally for its artistic feminine designs. The luxury boutique will have LTRW, Couture, Shoes, Leather Goods, Accessories and Fragrance. The alluring interior design is breathtaking and will enable the team to enhance the welcoming ambiance.

As the CRM Specialist / Senior Sales Consultant, you will lead the team in creating and building long-term relationships with the UHNW clients, follow through’s and special events to attract the discerning clients. Additionally, you will achieve sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Store Director, and will be part of a team of 10
  • Achieving weekly / monthly store targets with the team
  • Increasing average basket in quantity and value
  • Styling and link selling
  • Knowing LTRW construction and Accessories vocabulary to tell the story of each product
  • Cultivates exceptional client relationships with local and international clients
  • Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop the boutiques client base
  • Efficiently develops the client portfolio, including networking outside the Boutique
  • Participates in organizing and attending client events as well as high ticket client events
  • Bringing to life the client experience
  • Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products, trends and collections
  • Elegant grooming standards at all times whilst representing the brand
  • Leading the team with introducing UHNW clients to the boutique

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years prior experience selling luxury designer ladieswear
  • Strong sales techniques and clientelling – must have a strong UHNW personal client book
  • LTRW orientated (experience in haute couture or high fine jewellery is advantageous)
  • Experience in pinning / fitting to assist with alterations is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Warm and friendly personality that can build relationships easily
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), additional languages is a plus
  • Strong drive to succeed
  • A team player and supportive colleague is essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required

Additional:

The basic salary is: Commission, bonus, clothing allowance, and excellent Incentives & benefits package.
