Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update CRM databases, and document customer feedback and complaints.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and following up with prospective leads.
- Support customer retention activities and initiatives.
- Send reminders regarding appointments, orders, services, and payments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer-related activities.
- Prepare simple reports on customer interactions and performance.

Requirements

- Recent graduate with OND, NCE, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Only fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and use CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administration is an advantage but not required.
