We're looking for an experienced Customer Partnership Manager to act as the key link between DHL and one of our strategic customers.

Based primarily at the customer's head office, you'll work closely with both customer and DHL teams to build strong working relationships, resolve issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a high level of service delivery.

This is not a sales role. We're looking for someone who can develop genuine partnerships, confidently manage challenging conversations, and work collaboratively to find solutions when issues arise.

The successful candidate will become a trusted representative of DHL within the customer's business, balancing customer requirements with operational realities and business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Acting as the day-to-day DHL representative based within the customer's environment
  • Managing customer issues and escalations through to resolution
  • Working closely with DHL operational and planning teams to support service delivery
  • Leading monthly customer review meetings, including presentation of performance data and action plans
  • Recording, tracking and driving completion of agreed actions
  • Identifying trends and analysing performance data to highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Driving process improvement initiatives across both DHL and customer operations
  • Managing and supporting a small team based on-site with the customer
  • Providing clear communication between DHL and customer teams to ensure alignment and positive outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
