About Law Firm Solutions Ltd (LFS)
LFS specialises in helping independent law firms achieve industry recognition in Legal Directories. Founded in 2005/06, we are a wholly virtual business with a team of 11 working from home and accessing a remote server. We have also made a substantial investment in software to improve the service we provide to clients.
We have worked with clients in over 100 jurisdictions, including several firms that have been with us since LFS was founded.
Location
Although LFS is a fully virtual business, we are looking for applicants based in the Yorkshire region. Some training will take place in person, and the successful candidate will need to attend team meetings once or twice a year.
The Role
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support our directory submissions work. This is a varied, client-facing role that involves coordinating information, managing communications and helping law firms meet legal directory deadlines throughout the year.
Our main service is directory support. We help firms maximise their rankings in directories such as Chambers and Legal 500 while spending less time on the process. On a daily basis, we produce submissions for law firms worldwide across several legal directories.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
