Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You’ll have an extensive background and proven track record in building and managing long-term customer relationships.
- You’ll have a sharp instinct for spotting opportunities given your knack in reading customer behaviour, shaping conversations, and knowing when to push or step back.
- You thrive in a sales environment, building strong connections with customers through a personable and results-driven approach.
- You’re confident managing your own pipeline but also enjoy working with a team to share insights and celebrate wins.
This role isn’t about cold outreach; it’s about growing relationships and spotting real value in existing customer accounts. You’ll have worked in an account management, retention, or customer success role previously and you’re confident having strategic conversations rather than just pushing for quick wins.
You understand business needs, manage your own follow-ups, and always aim to grow the customer relationship - not just close the next sale! You’ll also have experience using a CRM in an outbound customer service or call centre environment (B2B or B2C).
