Customer Relationship Manager / Senior Specialist

Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: Chiswick Office
Department: Aftersales
Reporting To: Head of Aftersales

Pybus Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager / Senior Specialist on behalf of a leading automotive organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong operational, customer engagement, and data analysis experience to play a key role in developing customer relationships, enhancing service delivery, and improving the overall ownership experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Please note: Candidates appointed at Manager level will be eligible for a Company Car. Candidates appointed at Senior Specialist level will not receive a company car.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, development, and continuous improvement of user service operations, including customer service platforms, user management systems, and operational support tools.
  • Manage and optimise systems that support operational efficiency, customer engagement, and partner performance across multiple levels of the business.
  • Analyse and understand end-user requirements, developing business plans, objectives, and performance measures to deliver against key operational targets.
  • Work closely with retail and fleet stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Drive customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Utilise data analysis and customer insights to identify product and service improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise products, processes, and customer journeys.
  • Monitor operational performance and support the achievement of service excellence objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer relationship strategies that strengthen brand loyalty and customer advocacy.
  • Ensure customer feedback is captured, analysed, and translated into actionable improvements across the Aftersales function.

Requirements

Essential

  • Previous experience within the automotive OEM sector.

  • Experience managing customer lifecycle, retention, loyalty, or ownership programmes.

  • Knowledge of digital customer experience and Aftersales service transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working with customer relationship management strategies within a premium or volume automotive environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with customer operation support platforms, including:

    • ERP systems
    • CRM systems
    • Customer Service platforms
    • User Operations and Service Management systems
  • Strong understanding of customer operations, service delivery, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage priorities and perform under pressure.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions and innovation
