Team- Retention - Life
Working Pattern
- Monday- Friday 09:00-17.30, Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Stockport office after training
Bonus
- Up to an extra £18,000 per annum OTE. Basic salary increase to £28,676 after passing probation.
Holiday allowance
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to 5 days each holiday year
What will you do as a Renewals Sales Executive?
This is a busy and inspiring role; you'll bring your resilience, enthusiasm, and energy to dazzle our clients.
Do you know how to deliver an exceptional customer experience?
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving agreed targets. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with customers over the phone. You will:
- Take inbound calls from our existing customers, answering queries about their product
- Assist with any questions the customer is facing with the aim of retaining their business
- Reminding our customers of the benefits available to them, by promoting the Vitality Programme rewards we offer
- Assist customers with credit control queries such as missed premiums, payment arrangements, direct debit enquiries, etc

What do you need to thrive in Retentions?
Vitality provides all staff with an extensive training, meaning that we are open to speaking to candidates from all backgrounds and levels of experience. To be successful in the role of Customer Retention Adviser you will likely have:
- Passion for great customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of computer literacy
- Previous experience in customer service and sales would be beneficial, but not essential
