About the Role
Making a meaningful difference for our customers, every day.
As a Customer Representative, you will make a real impact from day one. You’ll be a key part of the branch team, supporting customers in person, over the phone and online. Your responsibilities include:
- Handling everyday transactions
- Answering customer queries
- Guiding customers towards banking services and digital tools
- Helping to simplify financial management
No two days are the same – you’ll be trusted to adapt your approach to meet the needs of different customers and situations.
Our Commitment to Customers
While other banks continue to close branches, we’ve made our Branch Promise:
- All 696 of our branches will remain open until at least 2030, giving customers flexibility in how they bank.
- We will remain the last remaining branch on the high street in 148 towns, reinforcing our local importance to customers and communities.

Location & Details

- Branch: Glasgow, Lanarkshire
- Work Arrangement: In-person, customer-facing
- Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
- Contract Type: Fixed Term 12-month contract
You’ll need to be within a 45-minute commute of the branch.
Training
Our training programme is designed to set you up for success:
- The first three weeks are a critical part of your onboarding journey.
- No holidays can be taken during this period.
- Your start date will be confirmed once an offer is accepted and signed.
