Making a meaningful difference for our customers, every day

About the Role

As a Customer Representative, you’ll make a tangible, positive impact from your very first day. Play a critical role in our branch team, supporting customers across multiple channels—in person, over the phone, and online.

Our commitment to keeping 696 branches open until at least 2030—including being the last branch on the high street in 148 towns—means our Customer Representatives are integral to local communities. We prioritise customers by listening, offering trusted guidance, and assisting with both routine finances and life-altering decisions.

If you thrive on fair financial practices and passionately believe in creating change for the better, this role is for you. Join us as an advocate for positive change.

Who We’re Looking For

You will be based in our Lymington branch, Hampshire, holding the part-time permanent position of 16 hours per week (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
