Advertising Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 + Performance Bonus
As a Foxtons Customer Resolutions Advisor, you will provide a single point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll work in a department that provides professional advice and assistance to thousands of clients who have requested our premium service, and you’ll help every tenancy under your care to progress seamlessly.
Our unrivalled training will empower you to deliver expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects. Your work, as a source of knowledge for our key clients and local offices, is why Foxtons are known as the agency that gets it done.
We offer:
- £26,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience

About You
Our Customer Resolutions Advisors have unparalleled expertise and the drive to make it happen – it's what sets Foxtons customer service apart. So, if you take pride in making sure everything runs smoothly, always on your game, always looking to make a difference, this is the career for you. You will need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. You will be successful here if you can communicate well with a wide range of people over a variety of platforms.
No previous property management experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but also not essential. What it takes is a special kind of mindset and a burning ambition to succeed at Foxtons.
