Job Title: Customer Resolutions Coordinator

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £26,000-£30,000

Working Pattern: Full-time 8:00-4:30pm (Office Based)

A well-established organisation is seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Resolutions Coordinator to join its technical team. This role plays a key part in managing customer queries and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries and complaints via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, liaising with internal teams where required
  • Provide clear and accurate updates to customers
  • Offer product and technical support to customers experiencing issues
  • Work closely with processing, bookings, and field teams to ensure seamless problem resolution
  • Ensure all communication reflects a high standard of customer care and professionalism

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, complaints handling, or technical support role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle challenging conversations
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A positive, and customer-focused approach
