Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Response Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide advice to our customers at all stages of their personal injury claim, with excellent support through each step of the claims process.
You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a knack for upselling products and services.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate advice and solutions
- Provide an excellent level of customer care, ensuring that the right customer and business outcome is optimised and achieved
- Obtain all relevant information from new clients ensuring these are detailed correctly.
- Accurately assess claims for both liability and injury and prepare for submission.

- Proven experience in a customer service or advisory role
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
Qualifications - Desirable
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
- Experience of Insurance and/or Personal Injury working environment
- Ability to analyse information effectively and provide insightful recommendations.
