Are you passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences? Panaz, a global leader in textile innovation based in Burnley, is looking for a proactive and detail-driven individual to join our Customer Excellence Team. As a Customer & Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them across email, phone, and digital platforms.

Please note: Due to the collaborative and product-specific nature of this role, it is onsite at our Burnley HQ (BB11 5ST).
Your Role
- Be the friendly, professional voice for customers across multiple channels.
- Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
- Accurately process sales and sample orders, working closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve customer queries and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (warehousing, supply chain, sales) to track and manage orders.
- Share insights and support sales growth through excellent service and product knowledge.
What You’ll Bring – Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and sales, ideally in a product or manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication skills – clear, professional, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, order management tools, and general IT applications.
- Organised, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset – ready to work cross-functionally and solve problems.
