About the Role
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll speak with customers every day, helping them make the most of their insurance policies while delivering the outstanding service Admiral is known for.
This role is about much more than answering queries. You'll take ownership of each customer's journey, listening carefully to understand their needs, building trust and rapport, and providing solutions that genuinely add value. Whether you're updating an existing policy, resolving a query, or exploring products that could better meet a customer's needs, you'll play an important role in helping customers feel confident they're getting the right cover and support.
You'll manage a wide variety of customer enquiries in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and service. Attention to detail is key, as you'll be responsible for updating policies correctly, following regulatory processes, and navigating multiple systems effectively to deliver fair and positive customer outcomes.
Alongside providing exceptional service, you'll proactively identify opportunities to add value, confidently pitch relevant products and services, and help customers understand the benefits available to them. Whether it's introducing MultiCar, MultiCover, car insurance, van insurance, or home insurance, you'll look to maximise every opportunity whilst always putting the customer at the heart of your decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
