Location: Woodford, Berkeley, Gloucestershire GL13 9JR
Working Pattern: Office-Based
GraveClean is looking for a confident and friendly Customer Sales Advisor to join our growing team in Berkeley.
This is an inbound, consultative sales role where you will speak with customers interested in our headstone cleaning and restoration services, understand what they need, explain the options available and support them through to booking.
We are looking for someone with proven sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers, builds rapport naturally and is confident progressing enquiries into sales without using a hard-sell approach.
What you'll be doing
- Managing inbound enquiries by phone and email
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
- Explaining our services, pricing and booking process clearly
- Preparing and sending accurate quotations
- Confidently asking customers if they would like to proceed
- Following up quotations and outstanding enquiries
- Handling questions and objections professionally
- Keeping accurate customer and sales records
- Preparing confirmations and invoices
- Working closely with our Office Coordinator and Headstone Technicians

What we're looking for
Sales experience is essential for this role.
You will also need:
- A proven ability to convert enquiries into sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly and listen carefully
- Confidence discussing pricing and asking customers to proceed
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach to managing customer enquiries
- Confidence using CRM systems and other digital tools

Telephone or consultative sales experience would be particularly beneficial, as would experience working with sales targets, quotations or a sales pipeline.
About the role
This is a fully office-based position at our Berkeley office, working closely with a small and growing team.
