Customer Sales Advisor
📍 Wimbledon, South West London
💰 £28,000 per annum
⏰ Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm

Based in Wimbledon, with fantastic transport links, you'll be working from our large, bright, open-plan offices, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team. What You'll Be Doing
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring an outstanding service experience.
- Proactively contacting customers to identify sales opportunities and support business growth.
- Promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
- Liaising closely with internal departments including Sales, Accounts and Operations.
- Supporting customers throughout their buying journey and resolving queries professionally.

What We're Looking For
✅ Previous customer service, sales support or account management experience
✅ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✅ A confident, proactive and positive approach
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
✅ Team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues
✅ Someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset
