The Role
You’ll be the go-to contact for our Contract Catering customers, ensuring they get world-class service while looking for every opportunity to grow their account.
- Be the Expert: Advise customers on products and switch them to our exclusive brands.
- Stay Sharp: Respond to queries quickly and process orders with total accuracy.
- Collaborate: Support our National Account Managers and work closely with your team to hit collective KPIs.
- Be Proactive: Use your initiative to spot new business leads and keep your customers happy.
