£12.71 per hour | 37.5–40 Hours Per Week | Office Based (Hybrid Opportunity) | Start Date: Tuesday, 1 September 2026

Are you confident speaking with customers and enjoy helping people complete their purchases? Do you have excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused approach? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will contact customers who have started an online purchase but have not completed it, helping them through the process, answering any questions they may have, and encouraging them to complete their purchase over the phone.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting customers who have abandoned their online basket.
  • Understanding why they did not complete their purchase.
  • Answering customer questions and overcoming any concerns.
  • Guiding customers through the purchase process over the phone.
  • Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.
  • Accurately updating customer information using our CRM system.

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 12 months' sales experience is essential.
  • Previous outbound telesales, retention, or customer sales experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Confident speaking with customers over the telephone.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and motivated attitude.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • A reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

Hours of work

The successful applicant must be fully flexible to work across the following hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

37.5–40 hours per week

Working arrangements

  • Rate of Pay: £12.71 per hour
  • Start Date: Tuesday, 1 September 2026
  • Initially, all Monday to Friday shifts will be office-based, including shifts finishing at 8:00pm.
  • Weekend working arrangements are currently being finalised but are expected to be home-based.
  • Once you have successfully completed your training and consistently demonstrated strong performance, you will have the opportunity to move to a hybrid working arrangement.
