Would you like to enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience to improve your career prospects?

Are you a confident individual who enjoys conversations and speaking to others?

We are looking for temporary staff to work remotely as Customer Sales Advisors here at Lands’ End. You will join our team to initially take sales/order calls, involving answering some queries. Eventually we will train you up to manage all our contacts so you will be sales/order taking, answering queries, replying to e-mails and chats along with having a more advanced knowledge to answer those more complicated queries within our service department. This is a great role for learning valuable, transferable skills and can offer a new and exciting challenge.

We will provide paid training for our new starters which will be held 24th August to 4th September onsite at our Oakham Office to ensure thorough and complete understanding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
