About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused person to join the team at Orion Distribution.
We distribute a carefully selected portfolio of bathroom and KBB brands into showrooms and retailers across Northern Ireland, and this role sits right at the centre of the business — supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse and helping keep the day-to-day accounts and purchasing administration running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Answering customer calls and emails
- Processing sales orders and raising invoices
- Sending customer statements and assisting with account queries
- Monitoring customer accounts and helping follow up outstanding balances
- Checking stock availability and answering product enquiries
- Liaising with our warehouse team to manage order fulfilment and deliveries
- Keeping customers updated on orders, stock and lead times
- Supporting our retailers and showrooms across Northern Ireland
- Processing supplier purchase orders
- Checking purchase orders against supplier invoices
- Checking supplier pricing, quantities and any discrepancies before invoices are processed
- Liaising with suppliers where invoice or order discrepancies arise
- Keeping purchasing and account records accurate and up to date
- Assisting with basic account reconciliations and general finance administration
- Supporting the sales team with quotations and account information
Who We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, accounts administration or a similar office-based role is essential. Experience within bathrooms, plumbing, heating, distribution or the wider KBB industry would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
