About Ascenda Global
Ascenda Global works with established brands across customer acquisition, sales and business development, helping our clients connect with customers through direct engagement and professional sales campaigns.
We're expanding our Glasgow team and are looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join us as Customer Sales Assistants.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, developing new skills and being part of a team.
You'll work directly with customers, representing established client brands and supporting customer acquisition campaigns. Along the way, you'll develop practical experience in customer service, sales, communication and business development.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided, with ongoing coaching and support from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in a professional and approachable manner
- Represent established client brands and create positive customer experiences
- Understand customer needs and communicate relevant products or services
- Support customer acquisition and sales campaigns
- Build strong customer relationships
- Work towards individual and team performance goals
- Develop communication, presentation and sales skills through practical experience
- Take part in regular training and development sessions
