Sales Assistant – Entry Level – Immediate Starts in South London! Full-Time Role | 4–5 Full Days Per Week | No Experience Required
Looking to start a long-term career in sales but don't have much experience? Want to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team with opportunities to progress?
Due to increased client demand and continued expansion, our client is looking for enthusiastic and engaging Sales Associates to join their growing team in South London.
This is a full-time, face-to-face sales and customer service role, working across South London and surrounding areas. You'll be speaking directly with customers, representing established brands and building practical experience within a busy field sales environment.
No previous sales experience is required. If you're confident, motivated, enjoy working with people and are looking for a long-term opportunity, our client wants to hear from you.
What They're Looking For
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.
- Strong English communication skills.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.
- Ambitious, driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-time availability of 4–5 full days per week, between Monday and Saturday.
- Availability to start immediately or within the next few weeks.

What You'll Receive
Full product training and sales support will be provided from the start, so previous experience isn't essential. You'll have the opportunity to learn directly within the role while building your confidence, customer service and sales skills.

The role is subcontracted and commission-based, with uncapped earning potential. At the beginning, individuals could earn on average between £24,000–£30,000 per annum, alongside additional performance incentives and bonuses. People from a wide range of backgrounds can thrive in this opportunity, including those with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, care, warehouse work, promotional work, call centres, front of house or other customer-facing roles.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4-5 full days per week.
