Customer Sales Assistant – Full-Time
East Croydon / South London | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunity
About the Role
Looking for a full-time opportunity where you can develop your skills and build something long-term?
Our client is a growing sales and marketing company based in South London, delivering face-to-face residential customer acquisition campaigns across East Croydon and wider South London. Due to continued expansion, they are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their sales and customer service team.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals able to make a consistent commitment of 4–5 full days per week.
No previous sales experience is required. Full product coaching, mentoring and ongoing support are provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience within a customer-facing sales environment.
What’s Involved?
- Start your working day with access to the team, training and support.
- Support face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential locations throughout East Croydon and South London.
- Represent a range of recognised UK brands professionally.
- Engage directly with customers and provide clear information about products and services.

Who Are They Looking For?
Our client is looking for motivated and reliable individuals who are ready to commit to the opportunity and are:
- Available to work 4–5 full days per week.
- Seeking a full-time, long-term opportunity.
- Able to travel to residential campaign locations across East Croydon, South London and surrounding areas.
- Strong English communicators with good interpersonal skills.
- Confident engaging with customers face-to-face.
- Positive, reliable and willing to learn.

Previous experience is not required. However, applicants with backgrounds in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, care, administration, front of house, events, warehouse or other customer-facing environments may have useful transferable skills.
This is a full-time, field-based residential sales opportunity operating on a subcontracted basis, with commission-based earnings and performance incentives.
