Customer Sales Co-ordinator – Remedial Works
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
In this role you will proactively contact customers with outstanding remedial works, follow up on quotations, and convert opportunities into confirmed sales.
This is a full time permanent role, working 8-5 Monday to Friday. You’ll be working from our open-plan Castleford head office, which is close to the M62 and A1 with on-site parking and within easy reach of the train station. The office is relaxed, collaborative, and welcoming, with a strong team culture and opportunities to learn and develop.
What you’ll be doing:
As an Customer Sales Coordinator for Remedial works, you will spend your time proactively contacting customers by phone and email, following up outstanding remedial quotations, helping customers understand recommended works, and guiding them through the decision-making process.

By delivering a professional and positive customer experience, you will help maximise conversion rates and contribute directly to business growth.
Working towards agreed targets for calls, follow-ups, conversion rates, and revenue generated, you will play an important role in supporting the wider Sales and Customer Success teams to improve remedial work conversion across the business.
You will provide a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience during every interaction, ensuring customers clearly understand remedial recommendations, quotations, timescales, and next steps. Where technical or service-related queries arise, you will liaise with and escalate matters to the appropriate internal teams.
It is also key to maintain regular follow-up activity on all opportunities until they are won, closed, or transferred to the relevant department. Accurate record-keeping will be essential, with all customer contact, quotation statuses, outcomes, and next actions maintained within the CRM system.
You will also monitor and report on key performance indicators, including contact rates, conversion rates, pipeline value, and revenue secured. In addition, you will provide regular feedback on customer experiences, common barriers to quotation approval, and opportunities to improve processes and conversion performance.

- Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and turn negative experiences into positive outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable working towards targets
